I use traditional methods: hand forging (no power hammer!), filing, engraving, inlaying, polishing, casting (precious metals), scrimshaw, etc. I do my own heat treatment.
Every blade gets a corresponding handle, or upon the clients request. Handles are made of hardwood, ivory, stag, antler, bone, micarta or what ever you provide. I also make my sheaths scabbards out of wood, leather and metal.
